Hi, I’m Alex Magill, the founder of Pigskin Labs based in Tampa, Florida.
I started prepping footballs in 2020, looking for a way to stay connected to the game and the football community after my recreational flag football league shut down during the COVID pandemic. What began as a personal hobby quickly turned into something more — I created an Instagram page to share photos of my prep process, and within weeks I was getting messages from coaches, players, and quarterbacks across the country.
Within a year, I was working with top high school and college quarterbacks, and soon after, I began prepping for some of the top quarterback trainers and camps in the country. That work naturally expanded into NFL Draft prep, providing footballs for high-profile training sessions in the months leading up to the combine and pro days.
Pigskin Labs continues to grow through results and relationships, and I take pride in delivering trusted prep to every client — from youth players to the pros.
